PET preform Mould, Cap Mould, Blow Mould Quality Control

For the Q/C of mould, there are 3 steps:

1. Mould Material Q/C

- Mould Steel Checking(Hardness, flaw detection)

- Mould Standard Spare Parts Checking(hardness, size, flaw checking)

2. Mould Making Process Q/C

- design checking (part design, mould design, mould engineering drawing)

- Each part of mould's size checking after machining according to 2D drawing

- mould testing(check mould running condition)

3. Check with customer's requirement again before mould shipping

Plastic products, PET preform, PET jars, PET can, PET Ting quality control

 For the Q/C of plastic products, there are also 3 steps:

1. Plastic Material Q/C

- make sure material PET is purely new material

- Dry PET material for 4-6 hours before production

2. PET Preform Production Process Q/C

- Plastic injection machine running details checking (machine tempreture, cooling time etc.)

- PET preform mould tempretuer controller checking(tempreture)

3. Random inspection
Check PET preform/can, color, thickness, gate, neck to make sure preform totally according to drawing
